More information

Background information:
This station, built in 1883, served the town of Waalwijk. Together with the "Service building" it had several functions; waiting areas for passengers, counters for tickets and railway offices. Railwayworkers lived upstairs in the apartment.
In 1963/1964 the station was demolished, after the entire railroad went into decline from about 1950.
