Background information:
These days we see more and more prefab parts. This also applies to the construction of roofs. Roof plates have been under development since the 90s and are now available from various manufacturers. The roof panels are not only used for new construction, but also increasingly for homes and buildings where the roof needs to be replaced and insulation has become an important issue.
Architectural details:
These plates are already finished on the inside with a white finish, provided with dark gray insulation and on top we see a green, fairly water-repellent, layer with battens (wooden slats) . The horizontal slats are screwed onto this by the builders, after which the roof can be covered with roof tiles. The advantage of these plates is the well-insulated total package, which can be lifted on the roof.
